Chef Neil Vitiello
Chef Neil brings the authentic flavors of his native Italy and his family recipes to his kitchen where he prepares them with classic French techniques, resulting in an exciting and satisfying experience for our guests.
Ester Vitiello
Ester, Neil's sister and co-owner, orchestrates the front of the house. Local to Fairfield county since the '60's, Ester has developed relationships with countless loyal guests, many of whom say they feel like family when they are here.
